SAP FICO Consultant

-      Assist in requirements gathering, data modeling, fit/gap analysis and configuration design

-      Configure standard SAP FI processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

-      Perform unit, integration and system testing of FI configurations

-      Help build reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows to support financial processes.

-      Assist in end user training development and delivery

-      Provide Level 1 support and help resolve post go-live issues

-      Maintain system documentation and help manage project timelines

-      Continuously learn and improve SAP FI technical skills

-      May supervise the work of more junior analysts or associates

-      Contribute to documentation of specifications, designs and testing results

-      Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field

-      3 – 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and support

-      Must have completed at least one end-to-end project with the SAP FI module.

-      Strong proficiency in SAP FI configuration is mandatory. Experience in configuring modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA).

-      Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting/finance best practices

-      Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

-      English communication is a plus

-      Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

-      Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
