Tuyển dụng Sales Specialist (Back-Sales Office / Textile Industry) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Customer & Order Management

- Prepare offers, quotations, and shipping documentation (prices, packaging, delivery terms)

- Maintain and update customer master data, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices

2. Claims & Product Development

- Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues

- Support Area Sales Managers in customer-specific developments and product modifications

3.Customer Support & Coordination

- Assist with invoicing and payment reminders, agent commission management, and follow-ups

- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless service

- Participate in internal/external trainings, customer visits, trade fairs, and cross-functional projects

4. Data & Reporting

- Maintain high data accuracy across ERP and CRM platforms

- Support sales, logistics, and management with regular reporting and data analysis

5. Group culture, values, goals, structure, procedures and continuous improvements of professional and emotional intelligence skills:

- Promote and maintain alignment with group culture, values, goals, and organizational structure.

- Deliver and participate in training formats such as lectures, workshops, webinars, and other internal or external programs.

- Actively engage in local and group-wide activities.

- Maintain strong knowledge of internal procedures, processes, and policies at both local and group levels (e.g., privacy, travel, and related policies).

6. Other Administrative tasks

1. Education / Qualifications:

- Commercial or business-related education (Administration, Sales, or related field) or equivalent experience. Fabric Weaving trainings & Qualifications

- Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

- Customer service or sales support training preferred

- Basic understanding of logistics and order management processes

2. Experience:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, customer service, or order management

- Experience in a B2B environment and cooperation with field sales teams
