Sales Specialist

1. Customer Account Management & Commercial Growth
Act as the primary commercial contact for brand customers to build and maintain strong strategic relationships;
Monitor customer sales activities and satisfaction to ensure buyers receive high-quality service and competitive solutions;
Identify new business opportunities, expand account market share, and drive overall revenue growth.
2. Cost Engineering, Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Drive cost engineering initiatives (yarn supplier possible sourcing, price comparisons, and operational cost reductions) in close alignment with TSC, merchandisers;
Lead price negotiations, target costing, margin reviews, and quotation approvals for developments and orders;
Conduct initial commercial risk assessments during early-stage developments in collaboration with internal teams.
3. Sales Performance, P&L & Commercial Governance
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and revenue metrics;
Oversee P&L tracking, gross margin analysis, and order volume forecasting;
Lead high-level commercial issue resolution, claims management, and customer negotiations to safeguard account profitability.

Education: University degree in major: Business, Economics, Textile engineering or related;
Experience: From 4 years experience in Sales/Merchandiser position (Knits sector preferred);
Language: Fluency in
English and/or Chinese;
Knowledge & Skill: Negotiation, goal-oriented, highly persuasive communicator, ability to multitask and manage priorities.
