Tuyển dụng Logistics & Import-Export Supervisor tại Ninh Thuận

1. Logistics & Import-Export Operations

Manage and execute daily logistics and import-export activities in line with company procedures and business requirements.

Handle import customs formalities for raw materials, machinery, spare parts and other goods/services. Handle export customs formalities for finished products.

Prepare, coordinate and obtain all necessary approvals, permits and supporting documents related to logistics and import-export activities.

Coordinate with customs authorities, logistics providers, forwarders and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

2. Transportation & Shipment Management

Arrange transportation and coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient logistics operations.

Follow up closely with freight forwarders, carriers and service providers to resolve operational issues and minimize delays.

3. Logistics Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and coordinate logistics-related payment documents with the Finance Department for review and processing.

Establish and maintain a well-organized and structured filing system for logistics and import-export documentation.

Ensure all logistics and import-export activities comply with Vietnamese laws, customs regulations and company policies.

4. Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

Support the management and monitoring of raw material, yarn and waste warehouses.

Ensure accurate and timely warehouse and inventory records.

Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain smooth material flow and avoid operational disruptions.

5. Other Responsibilities

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the General Director and/or Functional Leader.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, import-export or customs operations.

Solid knowledge of foreign trade, import-export procedures and customs regulations in Vietnam.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
