JOB SUMMARY:
As a Sales Planning Staff, you are the backbone of our sales strategy. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, bridging the gap between market dynamics and operational execution. Your analytical rigor will directly impact the decision-making process for Nitto’s product portfolio in the
Vietnam market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Data Intelligence & Reporting
• Maintain high-integrity sales databases; ensure accuracy in daily data entry and record-keeping.
• Consolidate complex datasets to generate real-time daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, KPIs, and market trends.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize overall sales effectiveness.
2. Planning & Strategy Execution
• Support the development of robust sales forecasts and implementation plans.
• Monitor actual performance against targets; proactively identify gaps, variances, and emerging market trends.
• Lead the resolution of operational issues, including product lifecycle management (launches/discontinuations), pricing updates, and policy adjustments.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Sales and internal departments to ensure data consistency and alignment across all planning activities.
• Ensure timely updates of sales plans based on dynamic market shifts and internal corporate requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics,
Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years in Sales Planning or Data Analysis roles; experience in handling sales databases and performance summary reporting.
• Language: Fluent in Japanese (essential for internal communication) and proficient in English for global reporting.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, data modeling) and general Office 365 suites.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of working experience; proven track record in
Japanese manufacturing companies or working environments in Japan.
• Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of leading issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
