Sales Operations Executive

• Business and Marketing Support: Collaborate in developing sales strategies, promoting technology solutions, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
• Document Drafting and Translation: Translating and interpreting documents between Chinese and Vietnamese, English and Vietnamese, preparing quotations billings and invoices, drafting contracts, and processing related documents according to company procedures and client requirements.
• Project progress management: Check and update project progress on the internal CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Customer Support: Coordinate with the SA department to resolve issues arising on the project, and provide translation support in communication with international customers when needed.
• Project Meetings: Coordinate and organize meetings between relevant departments to discuss project progress and strategy.
• Handling customer feedback: Receiving, analyzing, and resolving customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Partner Networking: Support the establishment of connections with domestic and international partners as directed by superiors.
• Other related tasks as required by Company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least two years of experience in business, sales support, or translation (candidates with experience in the IT/Cloud computing industry or with international clients are preferred).
• Proficiency in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a must;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers.
• Careful, honest, able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
