Supply Chain System (ISCP)

1. Project Implementation & Coordination

• Support the Project Lead in planning and executing ISCP implementation activities according to project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate tasks and communications between the IT team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track implementation progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate to the Project Lead as appropriate.
• Maintain project documentation including implementation plans, issue logs, and status reports.

2. Business Requirements & Solution Design Support

• Work closely with business teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for the ISCP system.
• Support the translation of business requirements into system configuration and functional specifications.
• Assist in reviewing and validating proposed system solutions to ensure they meet business needs and planning logic.
• Participate in design workshops and solution walkthroughs with both IT and business stakeholders.

3. System Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
• Document and track defects and issues identified during testing phases; follow up on resolution with relevant teams.
• Support business users in executing UAT and ensure test scenarios reflect real business processes.
• Validate that system configurations align with agreed business requirements before go-live.

4. Master Data Management

• Coordinate the collection, cleansing, and preparation of master data required for ISCP system setup (e.g., SKUs, BOMs, lead times, planning parameters).
• Work with business and IT teams to ensure master data is accurately loaded into the system and validated prior to go-live.
• Support the establishment of master data governance processes to maintain data quality post-implementation.

5. User Training & Change Management Support

• Develop training materials, user guides, and SOP documentation for the ISCP system tailored to end-user needs.
• Conduct or co-facilitate training sessions for business users across relevant functions.
• Support change management efforts by addressing user questions, gathering feedback, and communicating updates from the project team to business stakeholders.

6. Post Go-Live Support

• Provide hands-on post go-live support to business users, resolving system issues and queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption during the stabilization period
• Assist in identifying and prioritizing enhancements or configuration adjustments based on business feedback after go-live.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, ERP, or Business Analyst roles
• Experience with ERP or Supply Chain Planning systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in UAT, business process analysis, or project coordination is preferred
• Good command of English communication
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is a plus
