- Manage and promote semiconductor, electronic component and related material products to OEMs, EMS companies, distributors and trading partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, regional agents and business partners.
- Support new business development, identify market opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
- Coordinate with HQ, factories and internal teams on product development, customer requirements, quality and delivery matters.
- Provide product information and technical consultation regarding specifications, compatibility and applications.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on business leads and support ongoing accounts.
- Monitor product performance, KPIs and prepare regular business/marketing reports.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and - Finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience in functional chemical and electronic materials marketing, or related industries is preferred.
• Basic command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or equivalent) is preferred for business communication and coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Willing and able to travel frequently for both domestic and overseas business trips without restriction.
• Willingness to attend business dinners as part of business relationship management.
