- Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Technical Coatings, ID21555, 1500USD++).
- Strategically drive and optimize revenue performance for high-performance specialized surface coatings, with an emphasis on Epoxy, Urethane, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion protection solutions.
- Spearhead market penetration across infrastructure construction and industrial manufacturing plant developments.
- Position specialized products across high-spec technical applications: structural steel, bridge infrastructure, petrochemical complexes, power plants, and offshore marine installations.
- Lead and supervise the end-to-end B2B project lifecycle: including architectural/ engineering Spec-in integration, cost estimation, bidding, contract closing, delivery supervision, and post-sales client relations.
- Conceptualize and execute business development blueprints to establish new revenue channels, elevating market share and corporate client retention.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, Under 40 years old.
- Minimum 10 years of total sales track record handling Epoxy, Urethane, or Heavy-duty Anti-Corrosion coating products, with 5 years operating at a managerial/ supervisory level.
- Professional English communication and business writing skills (Upper-Intermediate or above). Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
- Profound commercial awareness and operational knowledge of both construction and industrial plant sectors.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end B2B project sales (mastery of Spec-in techniques, bid submission, and contract negotiation).
