- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Global HR Manager (Manufacturing, ID 21684, 1800 USD):
- 1. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop HR strategies, policies, workforce plans, and manpower budgets aligned with business goals.
- Advise management on organizational development, succession planning, and people-related matters.
- 2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment performance, turnover, and workforce trends.
- 3. Performance & Talent Development
- Manage performance management, KPI, talent development, training, and succession programs.
- Support managers in performance evaluation and employee development.
- 4. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee salary, bonus, payroll, insurance, and employee benefit programs.
- Support salary reviews and manpower cost planning.
- 5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, labor contracts, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- 6. HR Operations & Analytics
- Oversee HR operations, HRIS, personnel records, attendance, and HR administration.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to support management decisions.
- 7. HR Team Leadership & Engagement
- Lead and develop the HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management initiatives.
- 8. Global HR Coordination
- Coordinate with HQ, Vietnam HR, and overseas entities to align HR policies and processes.
- Support the implementation of global HR standards across overseas operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including significant HR management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple HR functions, preferably in: Manufacturing, Heavy industry, Multinational companies, Shared Service Centers (SSC), Regional / Global HR environments
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, L&, C&B, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
