- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager(Sea Freight, $2300, ID17820)
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop SeaFreight Forwarding business, with a strong focus onhunting new customers and local accounts.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and explore opportunities for business growth.
- Business Management
- ManageP&L for each shipment, ensuring effective control of revenue and costs.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue receivables.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure commercial and operational efficiency.
- Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers and overseas agents to address customer and shipment requirements.
- Prepare and submit required sales/business reports to the Director in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed and service quality is maintained.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in International Ocean Cargo / Freight Forwarding, with strong Ocean Freight sales experience.
- Proven experience in new customer hunting, business development and sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Ocean Freight Forwarding operations and commercial activities.
- Fluent English communication.
- Proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
