Sales Manager (Power Solution, $2600, ID21497)

- Lead sales and marketing activities to secure new orders and develop business opportunities in Vietnam's hydropower market.
- Manage bidding activities, including bid submission, follow-up, and negotiations with clients and consultants.
- Lead contract negotiation and finalization, and ensure a smooth handover to the Project Execution team.
- Develop new market opportunities and implement market-specific strategies to expand business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, JV partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Achieve assigned order intake and sales targets.
- Monitor project schedules, technical/commercial submittals, and project progress.
- Coordinate effectively among customers, consultants, JV partners, Project Management teams, and company's global offices.
- Act as the key liaison between Vietnamese customers and company's international offices.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male, 36-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the power, energy, or related industries.
- Experience in hydropower projects, project sales, bidding, or EPC business is highly preferred.
- Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development mindset with good customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project-related activities.
