Project Sales Executive (Lighting, $800, ID 21331)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Sales Executive (Lighting, $800, ID 21331):Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting project market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, contractors, M&E contractors, and key decision-makers.
Promote lighting products and solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
Follow up project opportunities from specification stage through tendering, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and project completion.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and collection targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and project pipeline reports.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer events to increase brand awareness.

Male/ Female, 23 - 35 years oldBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Lighting, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in project sales within the lighting industry.
Good English communication skills.
