Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager(Air Freight, $2300, ID17209)
- Develop Air Freight business through a balanced 50% hunting / 50% farming approach.
- Identify, prospect and develop new customers within targeted industries and key accounts.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, strengthen customer relationships and drive business retention and revenue growth.
- Develop Air Freight services and key accounts across focused trade lanes.
- Prepare and respond to RFQs, tenders, quotations and customer proposals in a timely and competitive manner.
- Understand customers’ supply chains and propose suitable Air Freight solutions based on their business needs.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring assigned sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed and service quality is maintained.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in International Air Cargo / Air Freight Forwarding, preferably with strong sales experience.
- Proven track record in Air Freight sales, business development and account management.
- Strong customer network and ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
