• Develop new business and acquire new customers.

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.

• Negotiate ocean freight rates with shipping lines/carriers.

• Develop sales strategies and monitor market trends.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in Sea Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.

• Strong relationships with shipping lines/carriers.

• Proven track record in new business development & sales.

• Existing customer base/network in Import & Export is a strong advantage.

• Good understanding of international logistics and supply chain.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent English required.
