Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and manage a network of sub-distributors and agents across key industrial provinces to achieve broad market coverage.

- Monitor competitor activities (pricing, channel policies, product launches) and provide actionable recommendations.

- Manage the full sales cycle: quotation, negotiation, order processing, payment collection, and after-sales coordination.

- Plan and execute technical seminars, trade show participation, and customer training sessions to build brand credibility in the Vietnam market.

- Build and lead a small local sales team (initially 2-3 people), setting clear KPIs and coaching them to achieve targets.

RequirementsMust-Have (必要条件)

Industry Experience：5+ years of B2B sales experience in Vietnam’s industrial sector, ideally in low-voltage electrical, automation, or industrial equipment

Channel Experience ： Proven experience in managing distributor/channel networks

- Client Network： Established relationships with local EPCs, industrial end-users, or electrical contractors

- Language Skills： Vietnamese (native) + English or Mandarin (professional working proficiency)

- Entrepreneurial Mindset： Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch

- Travel Flexibility： Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally overseas business travel

Nice-to-Have (加分项)

• Experience working with Chinese-invested companies or familiarity with Chinese business culture

• Basic Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills

• Technical background in electrical engineering or related field

• Experience with project-based sales (vs. just product distribution)
