JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to join our finance team in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting functions, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), and support general operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Ledger & Daily Operations:

• Record and verify daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and revenues).

• Prepare and issue VAT invoices to customers accurately and on time.

• Reconcile bank balances, cash flow, and vendor accounts on a regular basis.

Tax Compliance & Reporting:

• Declare and file monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, Personal Income Tax - PIT, Corporate Income Tax - CIT) in accordance with local regulations.

• Prepare annual tax finalization reports and assist with external audit procedures.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in local tax laws and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

Financial Reporting & Maintenance:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain precise, organized physical and digital accounting files and documentation.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, SAP, or QuickBooks).

• Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

- Knowledge: Sound understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and local tax regulations.

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, integrity, and good communication.

- Language: Conversational English skills (written and spoken) are Must.
