Sales Assistant

• Get forecast from customer and arrange delivery on time based on customer request.

• Get support from administration to proceed business by following internal rules.

• Daily conversation with customer to adjust delivery timing and quantity and exchange information

• Report all the claim or any customer related information to Manager and GM.

• Arrange delivery based on customer's PO based on GM confirmation

• Arrange delivery following payment before delivery based on GM confirmation

• Input SAP correctly

• Input logistics expense.

• Make report of payment of agent commission to Head Quarter and input into SAP.

• Other necessary duties, administration jobs, sales assistance works assigned by General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Graduate.

• Range of age: 25-30 years old.

• At least 2 years experience in Delivery job, assistant jobs

• Business English

• Knowledge of Logistics/shipping, accounting can be an advantage

• Good to have experience in Japanese company; experience to use delivery system like SAP.

• Good skills of Microsoft Offices.

• Strong communication skills,

• Team player who can also strategize, act, and execute independently
