Objectives of the function

• Drive and promote safe behaviour in accordance with the Schindler Vietnam Safety Management System, CSH Fundamentals and the Local Vietnamese labour legislation.

• Enforce the Schindler Zero tolerance approach towards unsafe behaviour and conditions.

• Support to drive and develop sustainable safety culture with 0 accident.

Education

• Colleague/University degree from Occupational Health and Safety, mechanical or electrical filed

• Government Safety certification (training for group 2, etc).

Professional skills

• At least 3 years experience in Safety field. Preferable: Nebosh international safety certificate

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Must have good problem-solving skills.

• Management skill: minimum 2 persons

Professional experience

• Safety experiences at least 3 years in field
