Report Typist (Open For Fresher)

• Review datasheet to make sure all results available.
• Check and insert all product photo to report template. If any missing, pls contact related testing team.
• Understand and know how to use the correct template per each test and each client.
• Update some special client requirement for report template.
• Confirm and communication to lab technician and CS to clarify all information.
• Complete input all remarks, photo, result table chem in report. Then pass to report checker for final review.
• Receive the checked report and know how to distribute the failure report and pass report per client's requirement.
• Release the result within TAT.
• Upload report to client system. (eg: JPMA).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College level or higher, major in chemistry or technical field.
• Fresh student or experienced in similar position will be preferred.
• MS Office skills are required.
• Good at English
