Quality Officer/ QA Officer

• Ensures that the Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 17065 standards and new Decree 133/2025/ND-CP (superseding Decree 107/2016/ND-CP).
• Ensure Hardline Lab fulfill company quality policy and local certification body requirement.
• Provide quality training to operation team and all the quality activty (i.e. PT and RRT test).
• Coordinate inter-lab and intra-lab activities and also analyze the corresponding results.
• Check and monitor the internal document shall fulfill company quality policy and local certification body requirement.
• Participate in drafting of quality documentation, and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities.
• Other duties upon requested.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 1 - 2 years' experience in quality control role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and working under pressure.
• Strong problem solving and communication skill.
• Fluent in English.
