- Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing, $1000, ID21673)
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for both corporate office staff and direct production workers to meet operational headcounts.
- Proactively establish, foster, and expand strategic partnerships with vocational schools, colleges, universities, and regional employment service centers.
- Administer the corporate recruitment Fanpage, executing content strategies and running targeted Facebook Ads campaigns to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct short day-trips to neighboring provinces to coordinate field sourcing activities and facilitate direct worker hiring drives.
- Participate in designing, executing, and monitoring internal training initiatives and employee development frameworks.
- Perform additional HR-related assignments and reporting tasks under the direction of the HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in large-scale manufacturing companies, preferably FDI/Japanese companies with 2,000+ employees.
- Languages:Basic English communication and reading skills required ;Japanese or Chinese conversational skills are a strong plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with hands-on experience in Facebook recruitment ads and social media management.
- Key Attributes:Strong communication skills, energetic, agile, passionate about talent development, and willing to travel for work when required.
