Recruitment Specialist

- Proactively plan and execute recruitment activities within the assigned scope of responsibility.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across various functions and levels nationwide.

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with the Company's recruitment policies, procedures, and standards.

- Develop talent pipelines, expand candidate sources, and optimize recruitment channels.

- Organize and participate in recruitment initiatives, including the Future Leader programs, career fairs, and internship programs.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement employer branding initiatives.

- Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment performance; recommend improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and recruitment technologies to enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

- Knowledge

+ Bachelor's degree or above.

+ Possess in-depth expertise in talent acquisition, supported by a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience; experience in organizations with high-volume hiring is preferred.

+ Strong understanding of the labor market, recruitment trends, and talent acquisition best practices.
