• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or Food Ingredients.

• Previous experience in a Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Specialist position.

• Proven experience in developing seasoning, premix, coating, batter, or powdered food ingredients.
