Quality Manager (Footwear)

1 Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from managers

2 Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers

3 Applies management expertise to set direction and resolves problems in own discipline

4 Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems

5 Makes decisions guided by policies and business plan that impact the level of service and the

department’s ability to meet performance objectives

6 Performs work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company

mission; participates in initiatives, programs or products with moderate visibility

7 Decisions and actions impacting company image require management oversight and are

constrained by policies

8 Forecasts resource needs; manages allocated budget

9 Manages employees and sets individual goals that link to departmental priorities. Coaches’ staff

supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition

and rewards

10 Monitors procedures already in operation to maintain quality standards of existing products,

and develops innovative programs to focus employees on product quality improvements

11 Identifies reports and assists in resolving quality issues

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in relevant education

- At least 5 - 6 years in quality management role in Footwear industry with strong knowledge and experience

- Good people management

- Able to work independently and make decision with minimum supervision and under pressure

- Strong communication & stake holder management

- Proficiency in English

- Chinese speaking ability is a plus but not mandatory
