QA Manager (Garment, $1300, ID21342)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $1300, ID21342)Receive and handle quality complaints from garment factories and customers.
Investigate root causes of issues related to knitted fabric quality, dyeing, and finishing processes.
Collaborate with Production, Dyeing, Finishing, and Engineering departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions until complaints are fully resolved and closed.
Serve as the main point of contact with garment factories regarding quality-related issues.
Provide timely responses to customer complaints and regularly update customers on the progress of issue resolution.
Negotiate and coordinate with garment factories to ensure products are accepted for use or appropriate solutions are implemented.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and garment factories.
Analyze complaint data and quality defects to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Propose solutions to improve product quality and reduce complaint rates.
Support the development, revision, and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
Prepare periodic reports on complaint status, root causes, and resolution results.
Report directly to Management on critical quality issues or matters that may significantly impact customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male/ Female, under 40 years oldCollege or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Dyeing & Finishing Technology, Garment Technology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in QA for knitted garments or T-shirt products.
Experience working directly with garment factories.
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving quality-related issues.
