Position Summary:

Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists to ensure effective quality control processes.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with production and design teams to identify areas for quality improvement.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to quality assurance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the garment industry.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related disciplines.

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a quality assurance team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
