Property Management cum Leasing Manager

- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including budgeting, maintenance and repair, and tenant relations.

- Deliver a smooth operation for the users (residents, tenants, visitors) of the property

- Supervise, train and monitor all staff including customer service, technical, admin, and outsourced suppliers (security, cleaning, system maintenance, etc.)

- Minimize liabilities (i.e., criminal activity on the community, employee/resident injuries, fires, floods, etc.).

- Deal with customer’s concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure customer satisfaction with management

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.

- Ensure that all safety and security issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure the highest standards of property management are met.

- Stay current with industry trends/situations/law requirements and best practices in property management and maintenance.

- Seek customers to lease all the available offices of building

- Deal with leasing agencies and do marketing the available properties to attract and identify suitable tenants to occupy buildings.

- Represent tenants to negotiate the best lease terms with Landlords.

- Other tasks assigned by BOD.

- BA/MBA in relevant field.

- At least 3 years of experience working in position.

- Excellent English.

- Excellent managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members

- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid knowledge of customer service and the ability to resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving aptitude
