Project Sales Executive (ELV, 770 USD, ID 11915)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Project Sales Executive (ELV, 770 USD, ID 11915)
- Proactively establish, expand, and maintain long-term relationships with project owners, design consultants, M&E main/sub-contractors, and other potential project partners.
- Conduct site surveys, provide technical consultation, and propose integrated solutions for ELV systems and Professional Audio (AV/PA) systems, tailored to project scale and functional requirements.
- Act as the key liaison with the internal Engineering team to develop technical solutions, prepare quotations, and support project execution.
- Plan and lead product seminars, demonstrations (demo sessions), and product training programs for customers and business partners.
- Review tender documents, prepare preliminary cost estimates, develop conceptual drawings, and compile technical documentation for tender submissions.
- Closely monitor project execution and coordinate with relevant departments during testing, commissioning, handover, and payment collection.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for market expansion and business development.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI objectives.

- Education:Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, M&E Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
- Experience:Minimum2yearsof hands-on experience inproject salesorbusiness developmentwithin the ELV, Professional Audio (AV/PA), or M&E system integration industry.
- Preferred:Candidates with direct working experience or a strong network of relationships withproject owners, M&E design consultants, and ELV/M&E contractors.
- English:Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
