Project Manager-Japanese N2+

• We are looking for Bridge Software Engineering/ Tester/ PM/ BA who will be responsible for cooperating with the Software Development team and managing the development process of the software projects.
• Japanese used 100%, all project members can use Japanese during project development.
• 100% Japanese document, with support from PM, team leader and experienced
• BRSE help member level- up full JP project’s document skill in the shortest time.
• Trained and skilled on design document, making quality report and Japan’s standard process.
• Short-term onsite regularly for analysis requirement (every 3 months).
• Chance to level up on management, BRSE skills, negotiation skill as well as understanding customer.
• Be trained about business knowledge, the system using by customer.

• Bachelor degree on Software engineering or related fields
• Have practice in dealing with customer
• Experience of at least one software development lifecycle and is familiar with others
• Master of at least one software development estimation method
• Proactive, can-do attitude and eager to learn
• High sense of organization and responsibility
• Strong at Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
• Be familiar with the project management tools
• Foreign Language:
• Fluent Japanese in both verbal and writing skills (equivalent to N2 or more).
• English is big plus
