IT Quality Assurance

• Lead and maintain ISO 20000 & ISO 22301 compliance activities across IT operations and business services. 
• Coordinate internal/external audits, manage audit evidence, NCR/CAPA tracking, and certification readiness. 
• Review and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, BCM/DR) to ensure governance effectiveness. 
• Drive process standardization, risk control, KPI/SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and auditors to ensure operational and compliance alignment. 
• Coach teams on governance awareness, audit preparation, and quality practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, QA, ITSM, or ISO compliance roles. 
• Hands-on experience in implementing, maintaining, or supporting ISO 20000 and/or ISO 22301 certification/audit activities. 
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, risk management, CAPA, operational governance, and quality management practices. 
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working directly with external auditors. 
• Good understanding of service operation processes, software development lifecycle, and quality standards. 
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/document management tools. 
• Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC equivalent). 
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
