• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• System’s processing monitoring and resolution, application health check
• Ensure ticket management tools used to track and demonstrate the overall quality of services
• Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required
• Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains
• Rotational Shift-working in 24x7 services during the weekday and on weekends

• Japanese JLPT N3+
• Candidates will be trained during working time.
• Can manage to work in 24x7 shifts.
