- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project plans, schedules, progress, and arising issues.
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in tracking and consolidating project revenue and expenses.
- Support customer reception and other project-related activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Business/Commerce, or related fields.
- Chinese proficiency is mandatory, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and the ability to communicate independently in daily work. English proficiency is a plus.
- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and supportive, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong follow-up skills.
