- Participate in the design and development of automotive transmission systems and related mechanical components.
- Support concept design, detailed design, drawing release, BOM management and engineering changes.
- Analyze gears, shafts, bearings, housings, interfaces and other transmission components for function and feasibility.
- Coordinate with CAE, testing, manufacturing and suppliers to support performance, durability and validation activities.
- Investigate technical issues during development and drive engineering actions to resolution.
- Support technical reviews and project communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transmission/Drivetrain Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of transmission systems, gears, shafts, bearings and mechanical power transmission principles.
- Familiarity with CAD, engineering drawings and automotive product development processes.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving and technical communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English or Chinese is required; proficiency in both is preferred.
- Experience in transmission, drivetrain or mechanical component development is an advantage.
