Tuyển dụng Automotive Electrical & Electronics Engineer tại Hà Nội

- Participate in the design and development of automotive electrical and electronic systems and components.
- Support system integration, wiring/harness layout, component selection and electrical interface definition.
- Prepare and review engineering specifications, drawings, BOMs and technical documents.
- Coordinate with design, testing, manufacturing, project and supplier teams to meet quality, timing and cost targets.
- Analyze technical issues during development and validation, and drive corrective actions through closure.
- Support technical communication with customers, suppliers and internal engineering teams.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Good understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems and product development processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English or Chinese is required; proficiency in both is preferred.
- Automotive R&, OEM, Tier-1 or FDI experience is an advantage.
