Production Manager - Footwear

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production output in line with business targets.
- Coordinate production activities across multiple shifts and ensure effective manpower allocation.
- Lead supervisors, shift leaders, and production operators; provide training and ensure adherence to established operating procedures.
- Oversee the full production process, including molding, CNC machining, drilling, finishing, quality inspection, packaging, and warehouse handover.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of new developments, samples, and production orders according to agreed lead times.
- Maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy in accordance with customer specifications and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, international best practices, workplace safety, 5S, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant technical, product development, quality, and regional/global teams regarding product specifications and production requirements.
- Oversee production machinery and equipment, identify operational issues, and drive initiatives related to productivity, energy efficiency, maintenance, and process improvement.
- Monitor and report production output, quality performance, overtime, and productivity; analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain consistent quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/University degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years production management experience (preferably in footwear, plastics, PU, CNC).
- Knowledge of production process, tolerance standards, spec chart, data package & international SOP.
- Skills: leadership, planning, data analysis, problem-solving, process improvement.
- Basic English communication or higher.
