Product Quality Engineer/ Customer Quality Engineer

Purpose of the job:

Assurrance for quality of product and process from new product introduction stage (NPI) to mass production stage.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

New project introduction stage (NPI)

- Build up quality controlling system, method, standard, check sheet in NPI stage.

- Verification for line readiness follow 4M: Layout, SOP, PMP, Training, Machine, Material (BOM)...

- Join to build PFMEA and evaluation the effectiveness of PFMEA

- Doing and mornitoring FAI, CPK

- Confirm and handling quality issue happen on process

- Monitoring yield rate

- Following external audit: Customer, ISO

Mass production

- Verify again quality controlling system, method, standard, check sheet, ...when transfer from NPI to mass production

- Qualification for line readiness before start mass production follow 4M: Layout, SOP, PMP, Training, Machine, Material (BOM)...

- Confirm and handling quality issue happen on process. Doing and mornitoring FAI, CPK

- Analysis cause and take out actions for quality issue claim by OQC, Customer

- Mornitoring MRB process. And join to quality improvement activity.

- Following external audit: Customer, ISO...

- Maintaining quality management system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001….

- Monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met.

Yêu cầu công việc

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Electric or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience.

- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. And familiar with 8D report, FMEA. CAPA

- Familiar with quality control tools as 7 QC Tools, GRR, FAI, CPK, PPAP, SPC

- Strong ISO 9001, ISO 14001 quality system knowledge and practice

- Minimum 2 years solid experience in quality

- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong technical proficiency in mechanical product knowledge.

- Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Access.

- Being patient and can work under pressure.
