Warehouse Specialist

- Supervise and control all activities of warehouse (in, out issue to production of material and finished goods)

- Control and update/ input data of in and out in Oracle and make sure the data is accurate physically

- Prepare material to issue to production and packing shipment to deliver to customers

- Control warehouse layout, temperature and other rule of warehouse must be maintained, and all materials is labelled and stored in the right location.

- Focus on clear SAD materials

- Make accuracy of receiving products from Outsourcing supplier and Production depart.

- Prepare cargo for delivering to customer on time

- Make sure to implement FIFO seriously

- Do daily cycle counting

- Control products in/out well; find risk and solution to prevent lost of products

- Keep accurate data between Oracle and actual

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor

- Experience: At least 5 years working experience in Warehouse

- Good communication skills in English

- Computer skills: Proficiency

- Pro-active and work carefully, be able to work under pressure

- Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively
