Product Manager – Cardio-Metabolic Portfolio

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead our Cardio-Metabolic Portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive sustainable growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve patient outcomes.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Logistics, and regional/global stakeholders to ensure successful product lifecycle management and strong business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product & Brand Management

• Develop and execute annual marketing and brand plans for assigned cardio-metabolic products.

• Drive product growth and achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives.

• Design and implement promotional and non-promotional campaigns and materials.

• Plan and support scientific activities, including KOL meetings, hospital meetings, symposia, and conferences.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and patient pathways to optimize strategy.

• Prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business and strategic initiatives.

• Manage product launches and lifecycle activities.

2. Field Force Excellence

• Deliver product training programs for sales teams.

• Conduct field coaching to strengthen product detailing skills and customer engagement.

• Develop key messages and objection-handling tools to improve field force effectiveness.

3. Customer & KOL Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.

• Regularly conduct field visits to gather customer insights and support strategic decision-making.

4. Pharmacovigilance & Compliance

• Support pharmacovigilance activities in accordance with company SOPs and local regulations.

• Ensure timely reporting and coordination of drug information and adverse event cases.

• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Pharmacist degree.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar marketing role within a multinational pharmaceutical company.

• Experience managing ethical prescription products in the cardio-metabolic therapeutic area.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and reimbursement environments.

• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
