Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of innovative digital products. You will collaborate closely with Game Design, Engineering, Art, Marketing, Data, and Leadership teams to build products that deliver outstanding user experiences and achieve business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product development, data-driven decision-making, and driving product growth from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Growth and User Acquisition teams to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Manage product releases, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Experience managing digital products, mobile applications, or games from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and managing feature prioritization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using product management tools such as: Jira/Confluence/Notion/Figma/Miro
- Good English communication skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in: Mobile Games / Gaming Industry / Consumer Mobile Apps / FinTech / SaaS / Web3 / Blockchain products (a plus)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as: Firebase / Google Analytics 4 / Mixpanel / Amplitude / AppsFlyer
- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
