Creative Leadership

  • Lead the Design, Art, and Product teams.
  • Evaluate new game ideas.
  • Decide on features and experience.
  • Ensure creative quality across projects.

Portfolio Management

  • Take part in Greenlight / Kill decisions.
  • Manage the portfolio of games in development.
  • Set resource investment priorities.

Player Experience

  • Track Fun Score, Retention, feedback, and reviews.
  • Improve based on player data.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must Have

  • 5+ years in Game Design or Product.
  • Has shipped a released game.
  • Understands mobile free-to-play.
  • Strong product decision-making.
  • Good English communication

Nice To Have

  • Has led a team.
  • Shipped a game with 1M+ downloads.
  • Understands UA and monetization.
