Product Designer

• UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• UX Enhancement: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate designs to improve user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and validate user flows.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Feedback Incorporation: Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine designs and address usability issues.
• Documentation: Maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design systems.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Good eye for visual design and hands-on experience in user interface design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with demonstrated experience in creating visually appealing interfaces and improving user experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma AI, PTS, as well as prototyping tools like Webflow, Protopie, Figma Prototype, Proto.io.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design ideas and work cross-functionally with team members.
• Ability to communicate well with teams to present your design ideas and decisions clearly.
• An owner’s mindset – don’t shy away from the hard stuff.
