Position Summary:

Navigos Search is seeking a Product Compliance Manager for Footwear to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our footwear products meet all regulatory and safety standards. You will work closely with various departments to implement compliance strategies and maintain high-quality standards in line with industry regulations.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement compliance strategies for footwear products in accordance with local and international regulations.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure product compliance and safety standards are met.

- Collaborate with product development teams to provide guidance on compliance requirements during the design phase.

- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards, and update compliance policies accordingly.

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to product compliance and safety testing.

- Train and educate staff on compliance procedures and best practices.

- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors regarding product compliance issues.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product compliance, preferably in the footwear industry.

- Strong background in chemical safety and regulatory compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Science.

- Familiarity with international compliance standards and testing methods.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
