Process Quality Assurance (English)

• Define, tailor, and continuously improve project delivery processes based on Agile, CMMI, and organizational best practices.
• Establish quality assurance frameworks, guidelines, checklists, and templates to support project execution and delivery quality.
• Monitor project compliance with defined processes, standards, and governance requirements across all software projects.
• Conduct project health checks, quality reviews, milestone assessments, and delivery readiness reviews.
• Identify project risks, issues, process gaps, and quality concerns; provide recommendations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze project metrics and quality data to provide insights and reports for PMs, Delivery Managers, and leadership teams.
• Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Project Managers and project teams on project governance, quality management, and process adoption.
• Participate in organizational quality initiatives, audits, and process maturity improvement programs.
• Knowledge of Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and the ability to effectively utilize AI agents and AI-powered tools in daily work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project QA
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agentic Development Lifecycle, Agile delivery models, and project management practices.
• Experience implementing or working with process frameworks such as CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or equivalent quality standards.
• Experience conducting project audits, health checks, quality reviews, and process compliance assessments.
• Familiarity with project governance, risk management, metrics management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to analyze project data and quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• English communication ability, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in software outsourcing or offshore development environments is preferred
