Bridge SE (Senior/Lead)

·       Act as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnamese development team, ensuring all information is conveyed accurately and completely.

·       Analyze and convert client requirements from Japanese into clear, detailed technical documents for the development team.

·       Join meetings with clients to gather requirements, clarify technical issues, and report project progress.

·       Manage and coordinate the technical activities of the team, ensuring quality and on-time delivery in accordance with client expectations.

·       Review and verify technical documents, source code, and test cases before delivery to the client.

·       Support in resolving complex technical issues and consult clients on appropriate solutions.

·       Train and mentor team members on workflows, coding standards, and Japanese business culture.

·       Prepare reports and documents in Japanese for presentation to client stakeholders and management.

Education & Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

·       At least 2 years as a BrSE or in a similar role.

·       Experience working with Japanese clients in offshore development projects.

·       Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects for the Japanese market.

Language Skills

·       Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher (required)

o   Proficient in business communication

o   Able to read and comprehend technical documents and specifications

o   Capable of writing professional emails, reports, and documentation

o   Confident presentation skills for client meetings

o   Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette and work culture

Soft Skills

·       Communication: Excellent at facilitating communication among stakeholders with different technical and cultural backgrounds.

·       Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking for resolving complex issues efficiently.
