Business Analyst (Senior/Lead | JP-EN)

Business Requirements Definition & Analysis

• Analyze current audit operations to identify issues and define future-state visions
• Clarify business and non-functional requirements, considering objectives and underlying challenges
• Evaluate multiple solution options and drive decision-making with development teams
• Reconstruct business requirements with consideration for technical constraints, development costs, and operational impacts rather than simply passing them through

User Story Creation

• Create clear and actionable user stories based on business requirements for development teams

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate among audit teams, development teams, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead solution design and oversee implementation processes based on defined requirements

Quality Assurance & Testing Support

• Collaborate with QA teams to support test planning and execution to ensure quality

Project Management Support

• Support progress management and issue resolution in collaboration with Product Owners

Depending on experience and capabilities, assignment to other projects or role transitions to Project Manager or Product Owner are possible.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Systems Engineer, or IT Consultant
• Proven experience proposing solutions, defining problem scope, and achieving stakeholder alignment — not limited to documentation
• Experience in business process analysis, improvement, and requirements definition
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong communication and coordination skills to clearly articulate issues and manage multiple tasks
• Language skills:
  • Japanese: Fluent level or JLPT N2 equivalent
  • English: Business-level reading, writing, and conversation or IELTS 6.5

Preferred

• Knowledge or experience in audit services or financial consulting
• Experience in global projects
• Product development experience using Generative AI, Blockchain, or other advanced technologies
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, SharePoint, or Figma
• Work experience in Japan or with Japanese stakeholders
