Process Industrial Engineer (English, Electronics, ID 21500, $1000)

- Technical Coordination & Team Support: Directly allocate work within the engineering section; engage in discussions to resolve technical queries raised by technicians and guide them through operational bottlenecks.
- Project Planning & Issue Resolution: Formulate execution plans for new product initiatives, strictly track project milestones, and lead technical personnel in troubleshooting critical line/process issues.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Governance: Authorize and sign off on technical documentation, perform systematic product risk assessments, verify technical parameters, and monitor project status.
- Engineering Change & Design Validation: Manage the creation, revision, and completion of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) forms; validate tasks and complete design certification procedures.
- Compliance & Training Execution: Organize and deliver training sessions on regulatory requirements and standards for medical product staff and project engineers across all levels.
- Workplace Standards Maintenance: Enforce and sustain strict compliance with 7S guidelines throughout the designated operational areas.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male, aged 25 – 40.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- At least 1 year of equivalent working experience inelectronics manufacturing facilities(prior background in medical device/technology manufacturing is highly preferred).
- Proficient in reading and analyzing engineering drawings; strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in English for daily workplace communication, technical documentation, and reporting.
