Process Improvement Engineer ($800, ID 21320)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Process Improvement Engineer ($800, ID 21320)Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes (SOP, Work Instruction, QC checklist).Support assembly operations, functional testing, debugging, and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
Perform root cause analysis of defects using tools such as 5 Why, 8D, and Fishbone diagram.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and error prevention activities.
Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), including defining assembly and quality standards.
Train and support production staff and technicians.
Work closely with production to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automation / Electrical-Electronics / Mechatronics / Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.1–5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Process / Production Engineering (precision machining, electronics, or assembly).Experience in robot assembly or automation equipment is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical principles, pneumatics, electrical systems, and automation.
Understanding of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, and 8D.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent).Good English communication skills (4 skills).
