Tuyển dụng Planning Supervisor tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Cross-check and validate forecasts against historical data, product strategies, and other relevant factors to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Frequently monitor current raw material inventory levels and propose procurement of additional raw materials to meet sales plan/production requirements
- Work closely with the Procurement/Warehouse teams in progress of RM purchases to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
- Propose Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) to optimize RM stock levels/Production capacity among South & North plants
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Manufacturing teams in production plans to align with up-to-date sales demand
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams in Forecast performance, SLOB, Product Development Plan, etc.
- Monitor the variances between the Bill of Materials (BOM) and actual material consumption to identify root causes, and request to amend correctly
- Adjust inventory plans to reflect changes in sales demand, ensuring cost efficiency and operational effectiveness to be in line with WCD (DIH) target
- Periodical stock take of steel coils at supplier warehouse
- Prepare regular reports regarding inventory levels, and planning metrics
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving planning-related issues
- Other tasks assigned by Line manager
- This position is based at our manufacturing in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing companies
- Have good knowledge and able to use SAP system
- Strong data analysis skills
- Good command of English (Written and oral)
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
