Our client is a US-headquartered global manufacturing group with over 170 years of history and operations across 180+ countries. The company owns leading global brands in sewing machines and creative consumer products.
For its manufacturing facility in Hai Duong, we are looking for a Planning Control Manager to lead Production Planning, Material Planning and Inventory Control.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage production and material planning based on customer demand, production capacity, material availability and inventory levels.
Lead material planning and inventory control, ensuring material availability while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
Monitor production progress, capacity and material readiness to ensure production schedules and customer delivery commitments are met.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, material shortages and supply risks.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure supply continuity and support engineering changes.
Drive continuous improvement in production planning, material planning and inventory management.
Monitor key KPIs including schedule adherence, material availability, forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
Lead and develop a 6–7 member Planning Control team.
Provide performance reports and improvement recommendations to the General Manager.28

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
3+ years of managerial experience in Production Operations, Production Planning or Supply Chain.
Strong experience in both Production Management and Production Planning.
Good knowledge of MRP, SAP, inventory management and production planning.
Strong leadership, team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good command of English for communication with foreign management.
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas and dashboard development. VBA is a plus.
